This new construction townhome posed some challenges in the beginning of our space planning process because our client was 100% set on purchasing our most popular selling sofa that’s 53”D, typically used in larger living areas.
However without sacrificing walking space and the natural light along the east wall, we were able to work the sofa into a comfortable, flowing living area.
We used simple, clean lined furniture pieces to construct a more contemporary, modern feel to go with the new construction of the home and allowed the beautifully crafted built ins to create the focal point.
